The CDC recommends that children and adolescents do at least 1 hour of physical activity every day. Adults should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intense aerobic acitvity each week. Aerobic acitivity (aka cardio) is any physical activity that gets your heart beating faster and you breathing harder.
